About these terms

These terms govern your use of g23jewellery.com and any purchases made through it. By placing an order you agree to these terms. G23 Jewellery is operated by a UK registered limited company.

Products

All products are described as accurately as possible. Product images are representative — minor colour variations may occur between displays.

All earrings are sold as pairs. Prices shown are per pair.

Pricing and payment

Prices are shown and charged in the currency displayed for your region at checkout — this may be US dollars (USD), British pounds (GBP), euros (EUR), Australian dollars (AUD), or another currency depending on your shipping destination. Payments are processed securely by Stripe in that same currency. By placing an order you authorise us to charge the full order amount, in the currency shown, to your payment method.

We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of a pricing error, with a full refund issued immediately.

Shipping

We ship internationally. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, carrier delays, or other factors outside our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing an order. We cannot redirect shipments once dispatched.

Limitation of liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that purchase. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
