Our commitment

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer free returns within 30 days of delivery — no questions asked.

Eligibility

Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

For hygiene reasons, earrings must be unworn and in original condition to be eligible for return.

Items should be returned in their original packaging where possible.

How to return

Email hello@g23jewellery.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions and a prepaid return label.

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of receiving your return, back to your original payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, email hello@g23jewellery.com with a photo and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund immediately.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order for the item you want.
