G23 Jewellery is operated by a UK registered limited company. Our registered address is in the United Kingdom. We are registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) as a data controller under UK GDPR.

What data we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address, and phone number — solely to fulfil your order and send tracking updates.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered directly into Stripe’s secure system. We never see or store your payment card information.

We may collect anonymised analytics data (device type, pages visited) to improve the site. This contains no personally identifiable information.

How we use your data

To process and fulfil your order, including passing your shipping address to our fulfilment supplier for dispatch.

To send you an order confirmation and tracking information by email.

To comply with legal obligations under UK and applicable international law.

We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing without your explicit consent.

Who we share data with

Stripe — payment processing under their own privacy policy.

Our fulfilment supplier — your name and shipping address only, for order dispatch.

Resend — transactional email delivery for order confirmations and tracking.

No other third parties receive your personal data.

Data retention

Order records are retained for 7 years in line with UK financial record-keeping requirements. You may request deletion outside of legal retention obligations by emailing hello@g23jewellery.com.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your data, and to lodge a complaint with the ICO at ico.org.uk.
